FAQs
Can employees join virtually?
Yes. Remote staff log in through your own meeting platform.
Can we record the session for people who could not attend?
Yes. Record it and host it on your internal systems.
Is the training for the whole organization or role-specific?
Both, depending on size. Larger organizations get role-specific sessions, for example sales, finance, or product teams. Smaller organizations get one session built around the organization itself.
Do employees get a record of completion?
Yes. Participants complete an attendance form and receive a certificate. You also receive the full attendee list for your compliance records.
Why does this need to be recurring?
Your risks change in real time, and content dates fast. As a supply chain control, your customers expect this training at least annually.
What about onboarding?
This is on-site team training. A separate control usually requires training within 30 days of joining. Cover it with a recording of the on-site session, or a virtual module for new hires.
Are people not more expensive than a software platform?
No. The entry cost is usually lower, starting at a two-hour session. The recurring cost is usually lower too. And you deliver through software you already own, rather than onboarding another SaaS vendor.
What kind of space do we need?
Whatever you have. We present in almost any room, from a co-working meeting space to a campus amphitheatre. We match the delivery to the space.
How many people can attend?
Standard pricing covers up to 20 people, about what fits in a conference room. Larger groups change the content and the delivery. We are happy to quote a fixed fee for any size.
How is this actually fun?
Something shifts when people share a room. They remember their colleagues are human, with the same frustrations and interests. On-site does not make training fun on its own. It opens the door.
